At Sebra Salon & Spa, we highly value your time and ours. To ensure every client receives the attention they deserve, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up for your appointment within 24 hours, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. If no card is on file, this fee will be added to your next visit.
You can easily cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling us up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Arrive On Time: To ensure we can provide you with the full service you’ve booked, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your service, and the cancellation fee may apply.
Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card is required to book an appointment with us. This is to confirm your booking and ensure we can process any cancellation fees if necessary.
Facial or Spa Treatments: If you have an appointment for a facial or other spa treatments, we kindly ask that you arrive makeup-free so we can provide you with the best service.
Health Considerations: If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please notify us as soon as possible. Your health is important, and we are happy to reschedule your appointment.
